The Kula Balšića is located in Ulcinj, in the northern part of Old Town. It was built in late XIV-early XV century, financed by the Balsic family that ruled the city at the time. It's famous for being the place where Sabattai Zevi — Jewish rabbi and leader of the XVII-century Sabbatian movement — lived his last years.
Now the tower hosts numerous cultural events, art exhibitions and poetry nights.
